L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-23022023-243848 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-23022023-243848 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 103] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतवार, फरवरी 23, 2023/फाल्ग नु 4, 1944 No. 103] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2023/PHALGUNA 4, 1944 भारतीय उपचया ापररषद ् प्रत्याहार आदेि नई ददल् ली, 22 फरवरी, 2023 फा. स.ं 18-31/13610-आईएनसी.—भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के तहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् एतद्दवारा जनम्नजलजखत आदेि िारी करती ह:ै- िबदक एम.एस. इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग, 421, भाखामऊ, थाना – बसाहा, जिला लखनऊ – 226026, उत्तर प्रदेि, उत्तर प्रदेि राज्य सरकार और उत्तर प्रदेि नसेस एंड जमडवाईव्स काउंजसल द्वारा पोस्ट्ट बेजसक बी.एससी(एन) पाठ्यक्रम संचाजलत करने के जलए मान्यता प्राप्त ह।ै वहीं, प्रमुख सजचव, (H&FW) स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण जवभाग, उत्तर प्रदेि सरकार, 5वीं मंजिल, जवकास भवन, िनपथ मार्ककट, जवधान सभा रोड़, हज़रतगंि, लखनऊ - 226001, उत्तर प्रदेि को भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता वापस लेन े के जलए एक नोरटस स.ं 18-31/13610-आईएनसी ददनांक 04/05/2022 िारी दकया गया था। नोरटस ददनांक 04/05/2022 की एक प्रजत एम.एस. इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग, 421, भाखामऊ, थाना – बसाहा, जिला लखनऊ – 226026, उत्तर प्रदेि को भी भेिी गई थी। िारी नोरटस म ें राज्य सरकार स े नर्ससग संस्ट्थान की उपयुिता के संबंध म ेंपररषद ्को अपनी जसफाररिें प्रस्ट्ततु करने का अनुरोध दकया गया था। 1189 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] िबदक एम.एस. इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग के मामले म ें पररषद ्को राज्य सरकार स े कोई अनुिसं ा प्राप्त नहीं हुई ह।ै यहां तक दक संस्ट्थान द्वारा कोई भी अभीष्ट कायावाही नही की गई। िबदक,पररषद ् न े इस मामल े पर समग्र जवचार दकया ह।ै ददनाकं 19/07/2021 की जनरीक्षण ररपोट ा के अवलोकन स े पता चलता ह ैदक संस्ट्थान म ेंकई तरह की कजमयां ह,ै जविेष रूप स ेनैदाजनक और जिक्षण सुजवधाओं स े संबंजधत कजमयां। अब इसप्रकार, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम 1947 की धारा 14(3)(बी) के तहत प्रदत्त अजधकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए पररषद यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक ददनांक 08/09/2022 से आग ेएम.एस. इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग, 421, भाखामऊ, थाना – बसाहा, जिला लखनऊ – 226026, उत्तर प्रदेि स े पोस्ट्ट बजे सक बी.एससी(एन) की योग्यता रखन े वाला हर एक व्यजि, उत्तर प्रदेि राज्य सरकार के आदेि के अधीन केवल उत्तर प्रदिे राज्य म ेंपंिीकृत होन े का हकदार होगा। ले. कनाल (डॉ.) सवािीत कौर, सजचव [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./630/2022-23] INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL WITHDRAWAL ORDER New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023 F. No. 18-31/13610-INC.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas, M.S. Institute of Nursing situated at 421, Bhakhamau, Post – Basaha, District Lucknow – 226026, Uttar Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh Nurses & Midwives Council to conduct Post Basic B.Sc(N) Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-31/13610-INC dated 04/05/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary (H&FW), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh, 05th Floor, Vikas Bhawan, Janpath Market, Vidhan Sabha Road, Hazratganj, Lucknow – 226001 Uttar Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 04/05/2022 was also enclosed to M.S. Institute of Nursing situated at 421, Bhakhamau, Post – Basaha, District Lucknow – 226026, Uttar Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of M.S. Institute of Nursing. Even no action, as required, has been taken by the institution. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 19/07/2021 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3)(b) of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 declares that with effect from 08/09/2022 any person holding a recognized qualification of Post Basic B.Sc(N) from M.S. Institute of Nursing situated at 421, Bhakhamau, Post – Basaha, District Lucknow – 226026, Uttar Pradesh shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Uttar Pradesh subject to the orders of State government of Uttar Pradesh.
