L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-23022023-243849 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-23022023-243849 xxxGIDExxx ऄसाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 104] नइ ददल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतवार, फरवरी 23, 2023/फाल्ग नु 4, 1944 No. 104] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2023/PHALGUNA 4, 1944 भारतीय ईपचया ापररषद ् प्रत्याहार अदेि नइ ददल् ली, 22 फरवरी, 2023 फा. स.ं 18-02/1744-अइएनसी.— भारतीय ईपचयाा पररषद ्ऄजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के तहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय ईपचयाा पररषद ्जनम्नजलजखत अदिे िारी करती ह:ै- िबदक, श्री पद्मावती स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग, एस.एन परु म, कजपला थीथमा के पास, जिरुपजत, जिला जचत्तरू – 517507, अध्रं प्रदेि, अंध्र प्रदिे राज्य सरकार और अंध्र प्रदेि नसेस एडं जमडवाआव्स काईंजसल द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त ह।ै वहीं, प्रधान सजचव, स्ट्वास्ट््य जचदकत्सा और पररवार कल्याण जवभाग, अंध्र प्रदिे सरकार, 5वां ब्लॉक, भूतल, कमरा नं. 157, सजचवालय, वले ागापडु ी, ऄमरावती – 522503, अध्रं प्रदेि को भारतीय ईपचयाा पररषद ्ऄजधजनयम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता वापस लेन े के जलए एक नोरिस स.ं 18-02/1744-अइएनसी/13650 ददनांक 22/03/2021 िारी दकया गया था। नोरिस ददनांक 22/03/2021 की एक प्रजत श्री पद्मावती स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग, एस.एन परु म, कजपला थीथमा के पास, जिरुपजत, जिला जचत्तरू – 517507, अध्रं प्रदेि को भी भेिी गइ थी। िारी नोरिस म ें राज्य सरकार स े नर्ससग संस्ट्थान की ईपयिु ता के संबंध म ेंपररषद ्को ऄपनी जसफाररिें प्रस्ट्ततु करन े का ऄनरु ोध दकया गया था। िबदक, पररषद ्को श्री पद्मावती स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग के मामल े के संबंध म ेंराज्य सरकार स े कोइ ऄनुिंसा प्राप्त नहीं हुइ। यहा ाँ तक दक संस्ट्थान श्री पद्मावती स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग ने िारी दकय ेगए नोरिस का कोइ ईत्तर नहीं ददया। 1190 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] िबदक, संस्ट्थान ने 2016 स े प्रवेि नहीं जलया ह।ै प्रवेि न लने े का वास्ट्तव म ें मतलब होगा दक संस्ट्थान के पास अवश्यक जिक्षण, नैदाजनक या अधारभूत सुजवधाएं नहीं ह।ैं ऄतः आसजलए, भारतीय ईपचयाा पररषद ऄजधजनयम, 1947 की धारा 14(3)(बी) के तहत प्रदत्त ऄजधकारों का प्रयोग करत े हुए पररषद ्यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक ददनांक 25/06/2022 स े अग े श्री पद्मावती स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग, एस.एन परु म, कजपला थीथमा के पास, जिरुपजत, जिला जचत्तरू – 517507, अध्रं प्रदेि को स े एएनएम और िीएनएम की योग्यता प्राप्त करन े वाला हर एक व्यजि केवल अध्रं प्रदेि राज्य सरकार के अदेि के ऄधीन केवल अध्रं प्रदेि राज्य म ें पंिीकृत होने का हकदार होगा। ले. कनाल (डॉ.) सवािीत कौर, सजचव [जवज्ञापन-III/4/ऄसा./631/2022-23] INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL WITHDRAWAL ORDER New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023 F. No. 18-02/1744-INC.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas, Sri Padmavathi School of Nursing situated at S.N Puram, Beside Kapilatheeram, Tirupati, Distt. Chittor – 517507, Andhra Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Nurses & Midwives Council. Whereas, a notice no. 18-02/1744-INC/13650 dated 22/03/2021 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary, Health Medical and Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, 05th Block, Ground Floor, Room No. 157, Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravathi – 522503, Andhra Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 22/03/2021 was also enclosed to Sri Padmavathi School of Nursing situated at S.N Puram, Beside Kapilatheeram, Tirupati, Distt. Chittor – 517507, Andhra Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Sri Padmavathi School of Nursing. Even the institution Sri Padmavathi School of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, institution has not taken admission since 2016. Non-admission would ipso facto mean that the institution does not possess the requisite Teaching, Clinical or infrastructural facilities. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3)(b) declares that with effect from 25/06/2022 any person holding a recognized qualification of ANM and GNM from Sri Padmavathi School of Nursing situated at S.N Puram, Beside Kapilatheeram, Tirupati, Distt. Chittor – 517507, Andhra Pradesh shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Andhra Pradesh subject to orders of the State government of Andhra Pradesh Lt. Col (Dr.) SARVJEET KAUR, Secy.
