L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-24022023-243864 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-24022023-243864 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 124] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतवार, फरवरी 23, 2023/फाल्ग नु 4, 1944 No. 124] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2023/PHALGUNA 4, 1944 भारतीय उपचया ापररषद ् प्रत्याहार आदेि नई ददल् ली, 22 फरवरी, 2023 फा. स.ं 18-15/14500-आईएनसी.—भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के तहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत आदेि िारी करती ह:ै - िबदक, रेहोबोथ इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्सगिं , कडुसोनप्पनहल्ली, होसरु बदं ,े हनरू -बगलरू मने रोड, बगैं लोर, जिला बगैं लोर-562149, कनाटा क, कनााटक राज्य सरकार और कनाटा क नर्सिंग काउंजसल द्वारा िीएनएम कोसा चलान े के जलए मान्यता प्राप्त ह।ै वहीं, प्रधान सजचव, स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण जवभाग, कमरा नम्बर 105, प्रथम तल, जवकास सौदा, बंगलौर – 560001, कनााटक को भारतीय उपचया ा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता वापस लेन े के जलए एक नोरटस सं. 18-15/14500-आईएनसी ददनांक 01/04/2022 िारी दकया गया था। नोरटस ददनांक 01/04/2022 की एक प्रजत रेहोबोथ इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्सगिं , कडुसोनप्पनहल्ली, होसरु बदं े, हनरू -बगलरू मने रोड, बगैं लोर, जिला बगैं लोर- 562149, कनाटा क को भी भेिी गई थी। िारी नोरटस म ें राज्य सरकार स े नर्सिंग संस्ट्थान की उपयुिता के संबंध म ें पररषद ् को अपनी जसफाररिें प्रस्ट्ततु करने का अनुरोध दकया गया था। 1210 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] िबदक, रेहोबोथ इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्सगिं के मामल े म ें पररषद राज्य सरकार स े कोई जसफाररि नहीं जमली ह।ै और रेहोबोथ इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्सगिं ने भी िारी नोरटस का कोई िवाब नहीं ददया ह।ै िबदक, पररषद ् ने इस मामले पर परू ी तरह से जवचार दकया ह।ै ददनांक 25/05/2021 की जनरीक्षण ररपोटा के अवलोकन से पता चलता ह ै दक संस्ट्थान म ें कई तरह की कजमयां है, जविेष रूप से नैदाजनक और जिक्षण सुजवधाओं स े संबंजधत कजमयां। ये गंभीर कजमयां ह ैंिो बताती ह ैंदक संस्ट्थान िीएनएम कोसा चलान े में असमथा ह।ै अब इस प्रकार, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम 1947 की धारा 14(3)(बी) के तहत प्रदत्त अजधकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए पररषद यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक ददनांक 25/06/2022 से रेहोबोथ इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्सगिं , कडुसोनप्पनहल्ली, होसरु बदं े, हनरू -बगलरू मने रोड, बगैं लोर, जिला बगैं लोर-562149, कनाटा क स े िीएनएम की योग्यता रखने वाला हर एक व्यजि, कनाटा क राज्य सरकार के आदेि के अधीन केवल कनाटा क राज्य में पंिीकृत होन े का हकदार होगा। ले. कनला (डॉ.) सवािीत कौर, सजचव [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./650/2022-23] INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL WITHDRAWAL ORDER New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023 F. No. 18-15/14500-INC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas, Rehoboth Institute of Nursing situated at Kadusonnappanahalli, Hosur Bande, Hennur- Bagalur Main Road, Bangalore, Distt. Bangalore–562149, Karnataka is recognized by State Government of Karnataka and Karnataka Nursing Council to conduct GNM course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-15/14500-INC dated 01/04/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, Room No. 105, 01st Floor, Vikas Souda, Bangalore – 560001, Karnataka was issued. Copy of the notice dated 01/04/2022 was also enclosed to Rehoboth Institute of Nursing situated at Kadusonnappanahalli, Hosur Bande, Hennur- Bagalur Main Road, Bangalore, Distt. Bangalore–562149, Karnataka. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Rehoboth Institute of Nursing. Even the institution Rehoboth Institute of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 25/05/2021 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute the institution is unable to run GNM Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3)(b) declares that with effect from 30/05/2022 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM from Rehoboth Institute of Nursing situated at Kadusonnappanahalli, Hosur Bande, Hennur- Bagalur Main Road, Bangalore, Distt.
