Nalanda 803115 Bihar is recognized by State Government of Bihar and Bihar Nurses Registration Council to conduct B.Sc(N) Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-05/16101-INC (57262) dated 09/05/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the Principal Secretary (H&FW) Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Vikas Bhawan, New Secretariat, Bihar was issued. Copy of the notice dated 09/05/2024 was also enclosed B.Sc Nursing College BMIMS Pawapuri Nalanda situated at Bhagwan Mahavir Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri, Nalanda Distt. Nalanda 803115 Bihar In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of B.Sc Nursing College BMIMS Pawapuri Nalanda Even the institution B.Sc Nursing College BMIMS Pawapuri Nalanda has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 26/12/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run B.Sc(N) Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 26/10/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of B.Sc(N) from B.Sc Nursing College BMIMS Pawapuri Nalanda situated at Bhagwan Mahavir Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri, Nalanda Distt.
