फा. स.ं 18-15/2896-आईएनसी.—भारतीय उपचया ा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा
14 के तहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ्एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत आदिे िारी करती ह:ै-
िबदक, साईं इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग साइंस, महीजष रोड़, धारावर, जिला धारावर – 580007, कनाटा क, कनााटक
राज्य सरकार और कनााटक नर्ससग काउंजसल द्वारा िीएनएम कोस ा चलाने के जलए मान्यता प्राप्त ह।ै
वहीं, प्रधान सजचव, (एचएंडएफडब्लल्य)ू स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण जवभाग,कनााटक सरकार, कमरा नम्बर 105,
प्रथम तल, जवकास सौदा, बगं लौर – 560001, कनााटक को भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 की धारा 14 के
तहत मान्यता वापस लने े के जलए एक नोरटस स.ं 18-15/2896-आईएनसी ददनांक 22/03/2021 िारी दकया गया था।
नोरटस ददनांक 22/03/2021 की एक प्रजत साईं इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग साइंस, महीजष रोड़, धारावर, जिला धारावर –
580007, कनाटा क को भी भेिी गई थी। िारी नोरटस म ें राज्य सरकार स े नर्ससग संस्ट्थान की उपयुिता के संबंध म ें पररषद ्
को अपनी जसफाररिें प्रस्ट्ततु करने का अनुरोध दकया गया था।
िबदक, साईं इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग साइंस के मामले म ें पररषद को राज्य सरकार स े कोई जसफाररि नहीं जमली ह।ै
यहां तक दक साईं इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग साइंस न ेभी िारी नोरटस का कोई िवाब नहीं ददया ह।ै
वहीं, पररषद न े इस मामले पर समग्र जवचार दकया ह।ै जनरीक्षकों का दल िब सांजवजधक जनरीक्षण करन े के जलए
संस्ट्थान पहुचं ी तो वहा ं ऐसी कोई संस्ट्था मौिूद नहीं थी।
अब, इसजलए पररषद, जनयमों के अनुसार, घोषणा करती ह ै दक 25/06/2022 से साईं इंस्ट्टीट्यटू ऑफ नर्ससग साइंस
को राज्य सरकार के आदेि के अधीन बंद संस्ट्थान माना िाएगा।

INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL
WITHDRAWAL ORDER
New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023
F. No. 18-15/2896-INC.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council
Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:—
Whereas, Sai Institute of Nursing Science situated at Mahishi Road, Dharwad, Distt. Dharwad – 580007,
Karnataka is recognized by State Government of Karnataka and Karnataka Nursing Council to conduct GNM
Course.
Whereas, a notice no. 18-15/2896-INC dated 22/03/2021 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of
Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary (H&FW), Health and Family Welfare Department,
Government of Karnataka, Room No. 105, 01st Floor, Vikas Souda, Bangalore – 560001, Karnataka was issued. Copy
of the notice dated 22/03/2021 was also enclosed to Sai Institute of Nursing Science situated at Mahishi Road,
Dharwad, Distt. Dharwad – 580007, Karnataka. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to
submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution.
Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of
Sai Institute of Nursing Science. Even the institution Sai Institute of Nursing Science has not responded to the
notices issued.
Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. When the team of Inspectors reached the
institute for conducting statutory inspection, there was no such institution existing.
Now therefore, the Council in terms of the regulations, declares that with effect from 25/06/2022 the Sai
Institute of Nursing Science shall be treated as closed institution subject to orders of State government.
