No. 18-18/14933-INC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas Shrimati Ramdevi College of Nursing situated at Banmore, Morena, Distt. Morena – 476444, Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct GNM Course. Wherea s, a notice no. 18-18/14933-INC dated 05/08/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary (Health &FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh, Room No. 241, Mantralaya (Vallabh Bhawan) Area Hills, Bhopal – 462004, Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 05/08/2022 was also enclosed to Shrimati Ramdevi College of Nursing situated at Banmore, Morena, Distt. Morena – 476444, Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Shrimati Ramdevi College of Nursing, Madhya Pradesh. Even the institution Shrimati Ramdevi College of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 10/12/2021 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3)(b) of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 declares that with effect from 16/11/2022 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM Shrimati Ramdevi College of Nursing situated at Banmore, Morena, Distt.
