No. 18-05/12134-INC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas, Medical Training Sansthan situated at Jaso Road, Sasaram, Buxar – 802101, Bihar was recognized by State Government of Bihar and Bihar Nurses & Registration Council to conduct ANM Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-05/12134-INC/12367 dated 19/02/2021 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary (H&FW) Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Vikas Bhawan, New Secretariat, Bihar was issued. Copy of the notice dated 19/02/2021 was also enclosed Medical Training Sansthan situated at Jaso Road, Sasaram, Buxar – 802101, Bihar. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. And whereas, the Under Secretary, Government of Bihar, Department of Health, has revoked the recognition granted to Medical Training Sansthan for running ANM Course vide letter dated 19/03/2021. Hence, therefore, the recognition of Medical Training Sansthan for conducting ANM Course is hereby withdrawn as the said institution does not have necessary permissions from the state government. Lt.
