L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-24022023-243855 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-24022023-243855 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 112] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतवार, फरवरी 23, 2023/फाल्ग नु 4, 1944 No. 112] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2023/PHALGUNA 4, 1944 भारतीय उपचया ापररषद ् प्रत्याहार आदेि नई ददल् ली, 22 फरवरी, 2023 फा. स.ं 18-18/12883-आईएनसी.— भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के तहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ्एतद्दवारा जनम्नजलजखत आदेि िारी करती ह:ै - िबदक सरदार पटेल स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्सगिं , पचं ायत भरू ीमती, गावं अम्बाकुआ, तहे सील-राणापरु , जिला झाबआु - 457993, मध्य प्रदेि, मध्य प्रदेि राज्य सरकार और मध्य प्रदेि नसेस रजिस्ट्रेिन काउंजसल द्वारा िीएनएम पाठ्यक्रम संचाजलत करन े के जलए मान्यता प्राप्त ह।ै वहीं, प्रमुख सजचव, (स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण जवभाग), मध्य प्रदिे सरकार, कक्ष संख्या 241, मंत्रालय (वल्लभ भवन) एररया जहल्स, भोपाल- 462004, मध्य प्रदिे को भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता वापस लने े के जलए एक नोरटस सं. 18-18/12883-आईएनसी ददनांक 24/06/2022 िारी दकया गया था। नोरटस ददनांक 24/06/2022 की एक प्रजत सरदार पटेल स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्सगिं , पचं ायत भरू ीमती, गावं अम्बाकुआ, तहे सील-राणापरु , जिला झाबआु -457993, मध्य प्रदेि को भी भेिी गई थी। िारी नोरटस में राज्य सरकार स े नर्सिंग संस्ट्थान की उपयिु ता के संबंध में पररषद ्को अपनी जसफाररिें प्रस्ट्तुत करन े का अनुरोध दकया गया था। 1198 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] िबदक सरदार पटेल स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्सगिं के मामल े म ें पररषद ् को राज्य सरकार स े कोई अनिु ंसा प्राप्त नहीं हुई ह।ै यहां तक दक संस्ट्थान सरदार पटेल स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्सगिं न े िारी नोरटस का उत्तर भी नहीं ददया ह।ै िबदक,पररषद ् न े इस मामले पर समग्र जवचार दकया ह।ै ददनांक 15/11/2021 की जनरीक्षण ररपोटा के अवलोकन से पता चलता ह ैदक संस्ट्थान म ेंकई तरह की कजमयां है, जविेष रूप से नैदाजनक और जिक्षण सुजवधाओं से संबंजधत कजमयां। अब इसप्रकार, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम 1947 की धारा 14(3)(बी) के तहत प्रदत्त अजधकारों का प्रयोग करत े हुए पररषद यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक ददनांक 08/09/2022 से आगे सरदार पटेल स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्सगिं , पचं ायत भरू ीमती, गावं अम्बाकुआ, तहे सील-राणापरु , जिला झाबआु -457993, मध्य प्रदेि स े िीएनएम की योग्यता रखन े वाला हर एक व्यजि, मध्यप्रदिे राज्य सरकार के आदिे के अधीन केवल मध्य प्रदेि राज्य म ेंपंिीकृत होने का हकदार होगा। ले. कनला (डॉ.) सवािीत कौर, सजचव [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./639/2022-23] INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL WITHDRAWAL ORDER New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023 F. No. 18-18/12883-INC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas Sardar Patel School of Nursing situated at Panchayat Bhurimati, Vill Ambakua, Teh – Ranapur, Distt. Jhabua – 457993, Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct GNM Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/12883-INC dated 24/06/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary (Health &FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh, Room No. 241, Mantralaya (Vallabh Bhawan) Area Hills, Bhopal – 462004, Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 24/06/2022 was also enclosed to Sardar Patel School of Nursing situated at Panchayat Bhurimati, Vill Ambakua, Teh – Ranapur, Distt. Jhabua – 457993, Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Sardar Patel School of Nursing, Madhya Pradesh. Even the institution Sardar Patel School of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 15/11/2021 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run GNM Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3)(b) of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 declares that with effect from 08/09/2022 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM from Sardar Patel School of Nursing situated at Panchayat Bhurimati, Vill Ambakua, Teh – Ranapur, Distt. Jhabua – 457993, Madhya Pradesh shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Madhya Pradesh subject to the orders of State government of Madhya Pradesh. Lt. Col (Dr) SARVJEET KAUR, Secy.
