For the purpose of this Notification, the words and expressions used shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies – Registration, Exemptions and Framework for Scale Based Regulation) Directions, 2025 dated November 28, 2025, as amended from time to time. 3.
