New Delhi, the 16th August, 2019
Revision of External Development Charges (EDC) leviable for Godowns/Godown Clusters in Narela.
S.O. 2952(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 57 of the Delhi Development Act,
1957 (61 of 1957), Delhi Development Authority with the prior approval of the Central Government, in partial
modification of the rates notified vide S.O. No. 1237(E) dated 8th March, 2019, hereby notifies the reduced
rates of External Development Charges (EDC) @ Rs 875/- per sqm. on plot area basis for the owners of
Godowns/godown clusters in Narela in order to incentivize them to take steps to get their existing godowns
regularized.
The window period for applicability of these charges shall be two years from the date of issue of this
notification. Other terms and conditions as mentioned in the notification vide S.O. No. 1237(E) dated 8th
March, 2019 shall remain the same.
