In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of notification No. 01/20 13-Cus. (NT) dated 29.03.2013, issued by this office, I, Vasa Seshagiri Rao, Commissioner of Customs, Pune.

1962) and in supersession of notification No. 01/20 13-Cus. (NT) dated 29.03.2013, issued by this office, I, Vasa
Seshagiri Rao, Commissioner of Customs, Pune, on the basis of the request application dated 28.01.2015 received
from the custodian viz M/s. Dynamic Logistics, Talera Nagar, Alandi Road, Dighi, Pune, hereby approve
denotification of a total area admeasuring 49,279 Sq. mtrs. (ie open land-14,717 Sq. mtrs, Warehouse
No 7 - 3882.16 Sq mtrs, Warehouse No. 8 -- 3882.16 Sq. mtrs, Warehouse No. 13 - 10,802.04 Sq. mtrs, Security
Cabin - 17.57 Sq. mtrs & Plinth area - 15,978 Sq. mtrs) from the total customs area admeasuring 88,400 Sq mtrs
as detailed in the notification No. 01/20 13-Cus. (NT) dated 29.03.2013, of Inland Container Depot, Dighi, Pune,
located at S. No.79, 78/1 & 78/2, at Village Dighi, Talera Nagar, Alandi Road, Pune.
Further, I, approve the places specified in column Nos. 2 & 3 of the schedule given below located in the
Port mentioned in column No. 1 of the said schedule to be the landing place for unloading of the imported goods
and loading of export goods, and I, also hereby notify the area under Section 8 (b) of the said Act as specified in
column Nos. 2 & 3 as Customs Area with its limit specified in column No. 4 of the schedule, subject to the strict
observance of the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, and the circulars and instructions issued by the Government
of India, Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Excise and Customs, from time to
time in pursuance thereof.
