S.O. 2684(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962)
read with Notification No 33/94-Customs (NT) dated 1/7/1994, as amended, of the Government of India, Ministry of
Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, Karanaipuducherry Village falling under Chengalpattu Taluk,
Kanchipuram District, in the State of Tamil Nadu is hereby declared to be a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of
the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962) for the purpose of setting up of a 100% Export Oriented Undertaking as
approved by the Government of India.
