F. No. RCD-10001/1/2021-Regulatory-FSSAI-Part (1).—In exercise of the powers conferred
under Sub-Section 5 of Section 10 read with Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of
2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following officer as Food
Safety Officer for the area as mentioned against his name under Indian Railways with effect from the date
of publication of this notification by amending the principal notification dated the 18th April, 2017,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 on 20th April, 2017:-
