G.S.R. 103(E).—In partial modification of the Ministry’s Notification issued vide G.S.R. 1331
(E), dated 27th October, 2017, para 1 (i) of the same shall be read as under:
(i) Cultivators who had cultivated opium poppy during the crop year 2016-17 and
tendered an average yield of opium having not less than 56 kg/hectare in the States of
Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan and an average yield of opium having not less than
52 kg/hectare in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
