G.S.R. 544(E).— In compliance with the order dated 21.02.2017 of Ld. CAT, Principal Bench, New
Delhi in OA No 3122 of 2015, the Central Government, in partial modification of the Notification
G.S.R. 818(E) dated 28th August, 2018 [File No.11031/02/2016-AIS-II (A)] issued by the Ministry of
Personnel, P.G. & Pensions (Department of Personnel &Training), the following shall be substituted in
Para 1 (2):
“They shall come into force w.e.f. 12.03.2015.”
