No. 37-3/Legal(iii)/2007 dated 1st November 2007 and in exercise of power conferred by Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 23 read with Sub-sections (1) & (2) of Section 8 of the All India Council for Technical Education Act, 1987 (52 of 1987). The All India Council for Technical Education hereby makes the following amendment to these Regulations. These Regulations may be called the All India Council for Technical Education (Group “A’’ “B’’ and “C’’ Post) (3rd Amendment) Recruitment Regulations, 2018. These will come in force from the dated its publication in the Official Gazette.
