S.O. 2150(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of Petroleum and Mineral Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas
S.O. 3374E) dated 10th December, 2015, published in the Gazette of India on 12th December, 2015 namely:
In the said notification, in the Schedule, for the words “Shri Basant Agrawal, Competent
Authority, Patna-Motihari-Baitalpur Branch Pipeline Project and Re-routing of existing BKPL Pipeline,
Pipelines Division, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., P.O. Pipalgaon, Subedarganj, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh-
211 012” the words “Shri Sunil Kumar, Competent Authority, Patna-Motihari-Baitalpur Branch Pipeline
Project and Re-routing of existing BKPL Pipeline, Pipelines Division, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.,
P.O. Pipalgaon, Subedarganj, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh-211 012” shall be substituted.
This notification is applicable from the date of issue.
