New Delhi, the 27th March, 2019
S.O. 1475(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the of Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes Shri Sanoo P.N., Revenue Divisional Officer, Government of Kerala as Competent Authority vice
Shri Benny Joseph, Deputy Collector, Government of Kerala to perform the functions of Competent Authority under
the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Kochi-Koottanad-Bengaluru-
Mangalore Pipeline (KKBMPL) Project of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the state of Kerala.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
