of right of user in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorizes Shri A Basheerkunju,
Deputy Collector (LA), Kozhikode on deputation to Kochi Salem Pipeline Private Limited (KSPPL) to perform the
functions of the competent authority, in the state of Kerala for Kochi Salem Pipeline Private Limited’s Kochi-
Coimbatore-Salem LPG Pipeline under the said Act.
