NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th November, 2020
S.O. 4069(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Mineral Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas, S. O. 3787(E) dated 16-10-2019, published in Gazette of India on 22-10-2019 namely:-
In the said notification, in the schedule in column 1, for the words “Shri. K.Karthikeyan, Deputy
Collector, Government of Tamilnadu as officer on deputation to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited
to perform the functions of Competent Authority” for VDPL Project under the said Act within the territory
of state of Tamil Nadu “the words “Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri, as officer on deputation to
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited to perform the functions of Competent Authority on additional
charge basis for VDPL Project under the said Act within the territory of state of Tamil Nadu” shall be
substituted.
This notification will be effective from the date of Issue.
