New Delhi, the 23rd July, 2018
S.O. 3592(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act,) the Government hereby authorizes
Shri K.H. Taral, Mamlatdar, Government of Gujarat as Competent Authority vice Shri V.K. Jadav, Assistant
Commissioner (GRC), SSPA, Vadodara, Government of Gujarat to perform the functions of Competent Authority under
the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for all natural gas pipeline of
GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Gujarat.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
