NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd December, 2020
S.O. 4373(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the
Government of India hereby authorizes Ms. P. Bhavani, Special Deputy Collector, Government of Andhra
Pradesh to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the said Act for Ennore – Thiruvallur –
Bengaluru – Puducherry – Nagapattinam – Madurai – Tuticorin Pipeline Project of M/s. Indian Oil
Corporation Limited in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
