New Delhi, the 10th May, 2019
S.O. 1735(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes Smt. Rekhaben Modha, Mamlatdar (Disaster), Collectorate, Vadodara, Government of Gujarat vice
Shri M. I. Malik, Mamlatdar, Government of Gujarat to perform the functions of Competent Authority in addition to
her duties under the State Government of Gujarat under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of
User in Land) Act, 1962 for all natural gas pipelines of GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Gujarat.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
