S.O. 1847(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), Central Government hereby authorizes Smt. Pratibha Pareek, Additional
Collector, Government of Rajasthan to perform the functions of Competent Authority for Gujarat Pipeline Replacement
Project of GAIL (India) Limited, under the said Act, within Gujarat State in addition to her existing duties as Competent
Authority in the State of Rajasthan.
