Government hereby authorizes the person(s) holding the post(s) mentioned in the column (1) of the Table
given below to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the said Act for Jagdishpur-Haldia-
Bokaro-Dhamra Pipeline (JHBDPL) & spur pipeline of M/s GAIL (India) Limited, having its Registered
