S.O.3504(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in modification of Notification of the Government of India in
Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 2847(E) dated the 6th December, 2012, the Central Government hereby
authorizes Shri Naurang Rai, Tehsildar, Rewari, Government of Haryana to perform the functions of Competent
Authority for HPCL’s Mundra Delhi Pipeline, Bahadurgarh Tikri Pipeline, Ramanmandi Bahadurgarh Pipeline and
Rewari Kanpur Pipeline under the said Act, within the territory of Haryana State.
