P.O. Dhelwan, Via-Lohiya Nagar, Sipara, Patna, Bihar-800020” the numbers and words “ Sri Arun Kumar Jha, Competent Authority, Patna-Motihari-Baitalpur Branch Pipeline, Augmentation of PHBPL and Pipeline Replacement ( BKPL), Pipelines Division, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, M-3/37 Sri Krishna Puri, Patna, Bihar-800001” shall be substituted.
