NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th March, 2020
S.O. 1222(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes Shri Pige Ligu, Deputy Commissioner, Papum Pare District, Government of Arunachal Pradesh to perform the
functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land)
Act, 1962 for North–East Natural Gas Pipeline Grid Project of M/s. Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited in the State of
Arunachal Pradesh.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
