S.O. 4240(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes Shri Santosh Kumar Mishra, Tehsildar (Retired), Odisha Administrative Service to perform the functions of
Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962
for Jagdishpur-Haldia & Bokaro-Dhamra Natural Gas Pipeline (JHBDPL) Project of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the
State of Odisha.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
