S.O. 5619(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government herby authorizes Mrs. R Pushpa, District
Collector’s additional personal assistant (land), Coimbatore who is appointed as Nodal Officer, Bharat Petroleum
Corporation Limited, Coimbatore, on deputation to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) to perform the functions
of Competent Authority(s) in the State of Tamil Nadu for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited’s Irugur Devangonthi
pipeline under the said Act.
This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
