S. O. 3152 (E) .— In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas vide S.O.2095 dated 15.10.2015 published in the Gazette of India dated 7.11.2015 namely:
In the said notification in the schedule in column 1 for the words “Sector –B, 9/8, Mahakal Vanijya
Kendra, Nanakheda, Ujjain-456010 (Madhya Pradesh)” the words “468, Sector - A, Shahpura, Bhopal -
462016, (Madhya Pradesh)” shall be substituted.
This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
