S.O. 5218(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the
Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Avinash Kumar Singh, Land Reform Deputy Collector,
Aurangabad District, Government of Bihar to perform the functions of Competent Authority in addition to his
