NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th August, 2018
S.O. 4150(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas published vide S.O. 315(E) dated 10.12.2014 in the Extraordinary
Gazette of India dated 02.02.2015 namely:
In the said notification for the words “the Central Government hereby authorizes Shri. Sampath
Dawkhar, Dy. Collector (Pune Division, Dist. Pune) to perform the functions of the Competent Authority” the
words “the Central Government hereby authorizes Smt. Vaishali Pardeshi, SDO- Karjat, Dist. Raigad and
Shri. Subhash Bhagade, SDO - Maval, Dist. Pune to perform the functions of Competent Authority(s)” shall
be substituted.
This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
