New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2020
S.O. 4672(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the
Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Thiru. P. Gunasekaran, Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur,
Government of Tamil Nadu to perform the functions of Competent Authority on additional charge basis
under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Kochi-
Koottanad-Banguluru-Mangalore Pipeline (KKBMPL) Projects of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the State
of Tamil Nadu.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
