NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st October, 2019
S.O. 3846(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals
Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government
herby authorizes Sh. Sohan Lal, Deputy Collector Bahraich U.P on deputation to Bharat Petroleum
Corp Ltd. (BPCL) to perform the functions of Competent Authority(s) in place of existing
Competent Authority Sh. Prem Narayan Singh notified vide Gazette of India Notification S.O. 704
dated 8th May, 2019 in the State of Uttar Pradesh for Bina-Panki pipeline project of M/s Bharat
Petroleum Corporation Ltd. under the said Act.
This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
