Concession Rules, 2016, I hereby authorize the (1) Regional Controller of Mines & (2) Deputy Controller of Mines,
incharge of the Regional offices / Sub-Regional offices of Mineral Development and Regulation Division of Indian
Bureau of Mines; to exercise the power specified under Rule 16 and Rule 17 of Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro
Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016, for approval of Mining Plans.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect from the date of notification in the official gazette of
India.
