S.O. 2380(E).—In pursuance of powers conferred by Explanation 1 below sub-rule (1) of
Rule 4 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Lands) Rules, 1963,
I, H.R. Kalaiya, GAS authorized by Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas vide
Notification S.O.2291(E) dated 8th September, 2014 (published in the Gazette of India on
09th September, 2014) under Section 2(a) of the Petroleum & Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) to perform the functions of Competent Authority for
laying Ethane Pipeline by M/s Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited (RGPL) in the State of Gujarat, in
consultation with M/s RGPL, to whom the Right of User in the land in that area has been vested and
in whom the ownership of the pipeline in that area vests, hereby declare the dates, mentioned in
Column 4 of the Schedule annexed herewith, as the dates of Termination of Operations in District
Bharuch in the State of Gujarat.
