In pursuance of sub-regulation 3 of regulation 6 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Certification Regulations 1988, the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby notifies the Marking fee for the products given in the schedule
This notification, S.O. 322(E), issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumers Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and published on February 1, 2016, in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Subsection (ii), notifies the marking fee for Ventilation Ducting (Vinyl Coated, Flexible and Rigid). This notification is in pursuance of sub-regulation 3 of regulation 6 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Certification Regulations 1988. The marking fee is specified for product number 3768, conforming to the Indian Standard IS 3768:1996 (Second Revision). The minimum marking fee is ₹79000.00 for large scale units and ₹63200.00 for MSME scale units, per meter of ducting. The rate is ₹3.17 per unit. The notification is effective from January 19, 2016.
