S.O.930(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 4A of the Forest (Conservation) Rules, 2003 (hereinafter
referred to as the said rules), the Central Government hereby re-constitutes the Regional Empowered Committee at
Regional Office, Southern Zone, Bangalore (hereinafter referred to as the Regional Empowered Committee) to exercise
the powers and to perform the functions specified therein, comprising of the following Members, namely: -
