New Delhi, the 14th February, 2019
S.O. 879(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 4A of the Forest (Conservation) Rules,
2003 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), the Central Government hereby re-constitutes the
Regional Empowered Committee at Regional Office, Central Zone, Lucknow (hereinafter referred to
as the Regional Empowered Committee) to exercise the powers and perform the functions specified
therein, comprising of the following Members, namely: —
(i) Head of the Regional Office, Central Zone, Lucknow Chairperson
(ii) Senior most officer from amongst officers in the rank of Chief Conservator Member
of Forests or Conservator of Forests in the Regional Office, Central Zone,
