NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th March, 2026
F. No. 23-8/2023-INC:—In pursuance of sub-rule (4) of rule 10 of the Official Language (Use for Official
Purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976 the Central Government hereby notifies the office of Indian Nursing Council, a
Statutory Body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, whereof more than 80 percent staff have acquired the
working knowledge of Hindi.
This notification shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
