ORDER
New Delhi, the 2nd May, 2017
S.O. 1380(E).—In pursuance of Sub-Section (5) of Section 3G of the National Highways
Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (here in after referred to as the said act), the Central Government hereby
appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below, to be arbitrator for the purpose of
arbitration arising out of Acquisition of land for construction of bypass to Hubli City connecting NH-
218, NH-63 and NH-4 in the State of Karnataka, who shall exercise the powers conferred and
perform the duties imposed on Arbitrator by or under the said Act, within the local limits of their
jurisdiction as specified in Column (3) & (4) of the said table. Sub-Sections (6) and (7) of section
3(G) of the Act shall be taken into consideration while passing awards by the arbitrator.
