S.O. 1523(E).—In pursuance of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 4 of the Offshore Areas Mineral
(Development and Regulation) Act, 2002 (17 of 2003) and in supersession of the notification published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 339(E), dated the 11th February, 2010, the
Central Government hereby notifies the Additional Director General, National Mission Head-II, Geological Survey of
India as the administering authority for the purpose of the said Act.
