S.O.78(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of
Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India
in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting number S.O. 762(E), dated the 6th March, 2017,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
6th March, 2017, namely:—
2. In the said notification,—
(a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the figures, letters and word "31st December,
2017", the figures, letters and word "31st March, 2018" shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph(1), for the figures, letters and word "31st December,
2017", the figures, letters and word "31st March, 2018" shall be substituted.
