NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2017
S.O. 4085(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of
Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government, being
satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments further to
amend the Notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas number S.O.
1358 (E), dated the 27th April, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii), dated 28th April, 2017, namely:—
In the said Notification,—
(i) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the figures, letters and word “31st December,
2017”, the figures, letters and word “31st March, 2018” shall be substituted;
(ii) in paragraph 2, in clause (a), for the figures, letters and word “31st December, 2017”, the
figures, letters and word “31st March, 2018” shall be substituted.
