The Branch shall be known as Satna District Branch of Central India Regional Council and its Head Quarter shall be at Satna. The Jurisdiction of the Branch besides the following Places shall cover whole District of Satna:- 1. Satna 2. Amarpatan 3. Maihar 4. Majhgawan 5. Nagod 6. Ramnagar 7. Rampur Baghelan 8. Unchehra 9. Raigaon As prescribed under sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 159, the Branch shall function subject to the control, supervision and directions of the Council through Central India Regional Council and shall carry out such directions as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council. [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./740/2022-23] अजधसचू ना नई ददल्ली, 27 फ़रवरी, 2023 स.ं 1-सीए (7)/205/2023.—भारतीय चार्टडट अकाउंर्ेंर् संस्ट्थान की िररषद ् ने अिनी अजधसूचना सं. 28- आरसी(4)/1/84, तारीख 23 फरवरी, 1984 के माध्यम से 20 िनवरी, 1984 को चार्टडट अकाउंर्ेंर् जवजनयम, 1988 के जवजनयम 136(3) के अधीन उदयिुर म ें मध्य भारत प्रादेजिक िररषद ्की िाखा की स्ट्थािना की थी । अब, िूवोक्त अजधसूचना को आजं िक रूि से उिांतररत करते हुए, संस्ट्थान की िररषद ्यह अजधसूजचत करती ह ै दक रािसमंद उक्त िाखा के अधीन नहीं रहगे ा और साथ ही रािसमंद जिल े के अधीन आने वाल े स्ट्थान भी आईसीएआई की सीआईआरसी की उदयिुर िाखा की अजधकाररता के अधीन नहीं रहगें े। आईसीएआई की सीआईआरसी की उदयिुर िाखाकी अजधकाररता से रािसमंद को िृथक् करने और साथ ही रािसमंद जिले के अधीन आने वाले स्ट्थानों को उक्त िाखा की अजधकाररता से िथृ क् करने की प्रभावी तारीख 18 िनवरी, 2023 होगी । सीए. Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify the detachment of Rajsamand and also places covered under Rajsamand District from the Jurisdiction of Udaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI. The effective date of detachment of Rajsamand and also places covered under Rajsamand District from the Jurisdiction of Udaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI will be January 18th 2023 CA.(Dr.) JAI KUMAR BATRA, Secy.
