New Delhi, the 5th January, 2016
G.S.R. 7(E).—In pursuance of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Mines and Minerals
(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby notifies the M/s. Singareni
Collieries Company Limited and M/s. Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation for the purposes of the second
proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act:
Provided that the M/s. Singareni Collieries Company Limited and M/s. Telangana State Mineral Development
Corporation shall make over the data generated by it, in respect of the prospecting operations undertaken by it, to the
State Government.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
