S.O. 4576(E).—In pursuance to Clause 7.26 (Annexure II, para 1.14) of Unified Building Bye- Laws for Delhi,
2016 and modifications made therein and in continuation of notification vide S.O No. 2953 (E) dated 15.09.2016 and
vide S. O. No. 3294(E) dated 13.09.2019, the tenure of the Heritage Conservation Committee (HCC) is further extended
w.e.f. 15.12.2019 for a further period of three months except that for ADG, Arch, may be read as ADG, Works, CPWD
due to change in nomenclature.
