of the Atomic Energy Act, 1962, the Central Government hereby authorises the Director, Atomic Minerals Directorate
for Exploration and Research (AMD) of the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India or such other officers
of the AMD as may be duly authorised by Director, AMD from time to time, under intimation to this office, to exercise
the powers of entry and inspection under Section 8 of the said Act for the purposes of Atomic Energy (Working of
Mines, Minerals and Prescribed Substances) Rules, 1984.
