CORRIGENDUM
Bilaspur, the 18th January, 2019
S.O. 357(E).—In the exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Railway Act, 1989
(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments
in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O. 75, dated the
5th January, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
5th January 2019, namely:—
(1) At page 4, in column “Name of Land Owner/Interested Person” of item No. 8, it is printed as “Caste-
Marar”, It needs correction.
It is now to be read as “Caste-Mahar”
(2) At page 5 & 6, in column “Type of Land” of item Nos. 28, 29 and 30, it is printed as “Irrigated”, It
needs correction.
It is now to be read as “Unirrigated”
